Hi. My name is Pàz.
 

I’m a makeup artist, model, entrepreneur, creative director, designer,

and brand ambassador. I’ve been lucky enough to work with some of the best in fashion and beauty for over 30 years now, and so grateful.
 

I started in runway and editorial at 17, fell in love with makeup shortly after, and became a freelance artist at 19.

By 24, I was Chief Makeup Artist and Marketing Executive for Lancôme, then Chief Makeup Artist and Trainer MAC Cosmetics at 26. Those years shaped my growth and learning about the business of beauty. Long days at counters, backstage at runway shows, editorials, campaigns, music videos, launches, PR events. Glamour, chaos, beauty, connection & creative expression. I learned tons and loved every second of it.
 

I’ve worked with brands including Estée Lauder, MAC, NARS, Benefit, L’Oréal, Kérastase, Shu Uemura, Shiseido, Guerlain, Lancôme, La Mer, Jo Malone, Bobbi Brown, Sephora, Dermalogica and many more:
as a makeup artist, PR consultant, creative, and brand ambassador.
 

Through all of it, I learned not just about beauty, but about people, storytelling, branding, business, and what truly makes something feel special.
 

I was a solo mom at 22 for many years, and I created my own accessories label so I could stay hands-on while raising my two boys.
Then, I met the love of my life, packed up our world, and moved the family to Bali for a softer, sunnier, more meaningful life. Long before Canggu was the place to be, and Instagram was non-existent.
 

Together with my husband, our amazing business partner, and family,
we created restaurants and good food experiences, that became part of the local community: Milk & Madu, Watercress, Ulekan, Shmurger Burger,

Bangkok Hustle, The Common, and now Longtime Bali, plus a little secret project beside it -- coming soon.

In between, founded Love Child Bali — a conscious women’s wellness and self-care brand inspired by womanhood, motherhood, beauty rituals, and taking care of yourself, with intention.

Then came Bali Black Book, where I share the best of Bali style, beauty, wellness, and all the places worth knowing.

Fast forward to now: I founded Alam Wellness Bali — a sanctuary devoted to wellbeing, beauty, healing, connection, and clean beauty philosophy. More than just a spa, it’s a feeling. A place built on slow living, good energy, and rituals that reconnect you back to yourself.
 

Inside the compound is Luna Cafe for feel-good food and very serious coffee, our retail space filled with beautiful handmade and small-batch brands, plus retreats, events, workshops, and wellness experiences we love creating for the community.

I continue to work with international and local beauty and lifestyle brands as an ambassador and creative collaborator, keeping old relationships close

and always making new ones too.

​

I also host my podcast, Purpose Full, where we talk about motherhood, womanhood, relationships, purpose, career, raising children, building businesses, and trying to hold it all together without completely losing the plot.

I’m 49 years old, raising four kids aged 25 to 5, a deeply devoted wife, and based in Bali. Life is busy, beautiful, loud, inspiring, chaotic, emotional, hilarious, sometimes all before 9am.

But truly, getting to build, create, grow, love, and live this purposefully has been one of the greatest gifts of my life.
